Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. That's why everything you buy is backed by our seven days returns policy, from the day after the goods are delivered.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the goods you receive, so if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will give you a 100% refund on the goods you purchased including the carriage you paid on your order (non-standard carriage is not refundable). If you return your items, you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

We will give you a returns number. Displaying this number prominently will speed up the processing of your return.

If no fault is found

Products which are returned as faulty after 7 days and are found to have no fault, will be returned and a charge of £10 (exc. VAT), plus carriage costs will be made to cover technical inspection costs. Manufacturers' repair charges for no fault found items are far greater and these will also be passed on. Most manufacturers will also have a Product Helpline in the User Guide.

We do not accept returns after 7 days for items that are not faulty.

These terms only apply to consumer contracts. Your statutory rights are not affected.
